Lok Sabha Election: Days ahead of the scheduled commencement of Congress's Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, the Grand Old Party said on Monday that it is awaiting "ground permission" from the Manipur government. According to news agency PTI, the party had applied for permission a week ago.
