SOG investigation revealed:

Significantly, before the Rajya Sabha elections in Rajasthan, the alleged attempts of horse trading by MLAs have been disclosed. Special Operation Group Rajasthan (SOG) investigation has revealed. Investigation has revealed that before the Rajya Sabha elections, the trick was done to overthrow the Ashok Gehlot government of Rajasthan.

The Special Operations Group (SOG) said that two mobile numbers were taken on surveillance in connection with arms smuggling. A conversation on these numbers revealed that there was a conspiracy to topple the government before the Rajya Sabha elections. Information about giving Rs 25 crore to MLAs has also come to light. This disclosure was made by SOG after investigation on the report of Congress chief whip Mahesh Joshi.

Congress MLAs issued a joint statement:

In Rajasthan, 24 Congress MLAs have issued a joint statement regarding the attempts to procure Congress MLAs. The legislators said in their statement that the Bharatiya Janata Party conspired to topple the government in the state.

This joint statement alleging 24 MLAs has been issued by the signatures of Chief Whip in the Assembly, Dr. Mahesh Joshi and Deputy Chief Whip Mahendra Chaudhary. In the statement, the MLAs have accused the BJP of allegedly trying to procure horse, calling it BJP as 'undemocratic and corrupt conduct'.

The joint statement named 24 MLAs including Lakhan Singh, Jogendra Singh Awana, Mukesh Bhakar, Indra Meena, Ved Prakash Solanki and Sandeep Yadav.
